Returns and Exchanges
I don't accept returns, exchanges or cancellations but please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
Returns and Exchange Details
I have a no refund policy with the exception of items that arrive damaged. In which case they will either be replaced or have the money refunded back to the customer. Please note that the shipping costs will not be refunded. If an item arrives damaged please email me at [email protected] as soon as possible. Please leave me your full name and what item or items that you have purchased and I will remedy the problem in a timely manner.
Delivery Policy
I will ship out all items within 1-3 days only after payment has gone through. I do charge a minimum shipping fee. All items will be shipped using Canada Post.
